It tracks all of your workout data (calories burned, total minutes, miles, etc.) to your own personalized iFit page making it easy to keep track of your progress. Everyday new workouts will be waiting for you on the FreeStrider 30S - all you have to do is press the on button. *iFit& Live comes installed with this machine with a 12 month membership included.

Get more from your workout. The integrated fan offers you cooling comfort, even during intense training, so you can work out longer. This 8" fan can be easily removed for cleaning during general maintenance.

Make easy changes to resistance by simply pressing a button on the console, or scroll through intervals with buttons on the moving arms.

35-inch Variable Stride

This patent-pending machine blends the low-impact stride of ellipticals and the calorie burn from incline training. The best part is—you define your stride. No other cardio machine gives you up to 35" of natural striding motion in a small footprint. This unique footpath allows you to engage your hamstrings and glutes for more muscle activation and calorie burning than walking and running.
