 Great workout, small space

This is a surprising little machine. For those who need instructions...they are in the bag...it's not rocket science. I have been working out for 30 years and recently had to ease up...it's perfect while reading a book (kill two birds with one workout) or if one uses the cords it gets the heart pump... (Read more)

 Good But Needs Manual or DVD

I had the same experience as others--no problem setting up, but couldn't figure out how to get the pedals to move. Nordic Track referred me to Weidner, who makes the stepper.  Great solution for small spaces

Great cardiovascular exercise. Can combine with 3 lbs dumbells for greater impact. As for instructions, I dont think it takes a genius to figure out you just step on it...

The clock mount always falls off when you move it around but aside from that, the stepper is a great work out if you commit yourself to doing it for an extended period of time.
