I called for information before purchasing but they couldn't tell me the stride length. My movement isn't supposed to exceed 17" in stride length and all they could tell me is that it was between 15 and 18 inches.

 Some functions don't work

Purchased this equipment 02/08/09 and have used it daily. Assembly was very easy following the instruction manual. After assembly and working out on this equipment I find that heart monitor does not function. I immediately advised manufacturer about problem but so far no response.
