Not worth

Does not operate as one would expect of an ellipltical. Very hard to pedal even at resistance level 1. Digital resistance doesn't work on mine - takes same effort at level 10 as level 1.
Called customer service a few times during normal business hours, no response.

Would have been 5 stars if there was a drink holder and a back-lit digital screen ;P. Good stuff, feels sturdy, runs smoothely and quietly.

Seems OK

I called for information before purchasing but they couldn't tell me the stride length. My movement isn't supposed to exceed 17" in stride length and all they could tell me is that it was between 15 and 18 inches.
