The people that work for Nordic have been very nice. They said that this machine should be very quiet and they are sending out "the same" tech again. Hopefully we can figure it out this time around. This product is compact, stable, and sturdy. I like the small footprint , the ease of assembly , the quality of the components , the likely durability and the ease of stride adjustment ( my wife is 5'4" and I am 6'2" so it gets adjusted frequently ). I love everything about this machine! The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because it doesn't have miles, but rather revolutions. But other than that, the machine is well built and perfect for in-home use. It came in 4 business days. The floormat arrived 2 days after the machine did.

LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT! My husband and I are very happy with our purchase! It only took us 2 hours to assemble. The workout you get from this machine is awesome.
