Pretty good so far, but could be better

Just tried assembling over the weekend. Not used yet, but here are my thoughts on product design and assembly:
1. Manual needs updating. It mentions only 4 wires to pull from the base unit up the neck to the control panel. Need 4 wire to pull through.

Have the unit for 3 months. So far, like it a lot. TV and radio are great. Like the long stride length. Pre-programmed routines are good. Lots to pick from. Great calorie burner. Heart rate monitor also good.

Good workout

I have had the unit for about 3 months. I use the Aerobic setting for 1/2 hour 5 days a week or so. I like the heart-rate monitor to keep my rate at the optimum. Typically, I can burn 440-460 calories in half an hour.

well made and cool exercise motion

The Freemotion is really sturdy so I think it will last a long time. The motion is almost like a stepper crossed with an elliptical but it's smoother than a stepper and the stride adjusts as far as your want until you hit the stride limit.
