Comments: This bike is great for kids that are overweight and 4 feet tall and above. If you know how to use a drill and metal bit (about a 3/8 bit) you can modify the height for a youngster. There need to be a better seating. It is very hard and uncomfortable, but if you are a gym rat or an ex one a memory pillow can do wonders. Excellent bike and very durable I still have one I use from 2002 that works the torso. If your not vain or trying to impress your neighbor's and can't afford BOWFLEX pick up one at Walmart where there are more models than this site provides
