Comments: I tried using the table with shoes on, but really hurt my feet.I tried it without shoes and it was better, but the cushioning material gives too much, so I have to use small pillows behind heels and on top of feet to be able to stay inverted for any length of time. I would like to see Weslo come up with some kind of a cover for the pads, front and back of foot that will solve this problem. I have used the inversion flex many times and it really does work. I sleep and feel much better for using it.Thanks,almost totally satisfied customer
